With a torrefied Adirondack spruce top, East Indian rosewood back and sides, and forward-shifted X-bracing patterned after a 1937 D-18, it delivers rich, resonant sound with excellent projection. A soft V mahogany neck, ebony fretboard, and open-gear tuners provide smooth playability, while herringbone purfling and an ivoroid-bound square headstock with French curve inlay complete the classic aesthetic.
